I could not have asked for Chris to have done more for me. He went WAY above and beyond to turn what could have been a difficult time for me into an experience that made everything work out. I would give him 5 Stars with diamonds on the tips.
I also want to comment on how helpful Sarah was in getting all of the recalls set up, and even offered to personally drive me if it became necessary.
