The dealership was clearly overbooked at my appointment time. I specifically asked how long to expect as I needed to pick up my child from a friend’s home. I was told an hour and fifteen to an hour half. It was almost 2 hours and John’s response was I don’t know what was going on with the mechanics and the weekend was super busy. I have not been getting my car serviced at Vatland for this exact reason but when the service department called, I tried to give you all another shot. It’s so frustrating not to have transparent wait times.
