Kevin Edgley listened to the reasons I was having car serviced, presented me with findings / and any other additional concerns found by technician and once we discussed the plan for todays visit he went over the bill and we have a plan for the next visit. Jarrod was courteous and helpful, the service to the car was great. We contracted for the Complete Car Platinum Plus warranty at purchase and been told twice the damage to the vehicle was not covered because the scratch on the passenger rear view mirror required paint and the dent on the trunk was not able to be repaired in house. The Warranty cost was $1995. Not happy with that.

When I called to make my appt I was told by a woman she’d look into my maintenance plan and call me back and let me know if I had anymore oil changes, etc. I gave her the info on car mileage, etc. she called me back and told me I had 1 more oil change and two tire rotations left. When I went in today to have oil change I was charged for the oil change. And told I didn’t have any oil changes on my plan yet. If she doesn’t know what she is talking about. She probably shouldn’t be giving information out.
