Once again the service department failed. Not the first time, not the 2nd time either.. won’t be the last, the techs have proven themselves to be incapable and incompetent. Facts are the facts.. The simple task of replacing the cabin filter was not done correctly!! So infuriating!! You people are morons. Now I have to make another trip from Olympia to have the filter correctly installed and take more time out of my day to do so. And you want me to have my brakes done there. No thanks I value safety and this is a job that requires competent technicians
