Have been working with Andrew on a trailer hitch for my new Rev 4. He has been outstanding to work with. When they wired the plug, they reversed the blinkers on the trailer so that when you turned on the right the left light blinked and when you wanted the left the right light blinked. He scheduled another appointment and had the problem fixed. When testing my toe kick to make my back door go up it did not work. He researched why and found that with a Rev 4 had to be disabled with the trailer hitch insulation and that Toyota did not have a fixed for it liked it did for the Highlander. He spent time with me explaining it and went the second mile. I really appreciate the service he provided. Larry P

He is very smart, considerate, and helpful. He wants walked out to my car with me just to show me How to use the map feature in my car. I was told it would take 1 hour — it took over 2. Then I was updated it would be 5 min and after 20 I had to go up to the counter and then walk out and realize my car had been sitting right out front for some time. Nobody stayed as long as me. And to top it off I had to pay for a defect that was Toyota fault. WTF?? Your company should be ashamed. Next time I damage somebody’s property I’ll mak sure I make them pay half.

I brought my car in for it's warranty service and when I was getting my keys I was told I had an almost $500 bill. I brought up it was warranty service, it was missed, so the invoice was changed to then reflect an almost $300 bill. When I inquired why I was getting billed for warranty service I was told the filters weren't covered nor the diagnosis of trunk struts. Neither of which was told to me when I dropped off my vehicle. I was told that, even though it's a known issue by the Toyota employees, that warranty service doesn't reflect correctly booking online. no one communicated that to me until after the work was done. Ultimately I was not charged so I am glad for that, but the employee was definitely irritated with me for questioning why I was being charged. Before this visit I have always had a pleasant experience. This experience was not.

I came in for a known third brake light issue with my truck but because I had done the recall in Jan 2022, I was told I would need to pay nearly $1,800 for the repair. It was insisted that I have a full water test conducted, for $600 even though the leak location was clear. I elected to call Toyota corporate to see if they would cover any of the repairs, they declined. I was sent home with the interior of my truck still torn apart from the water test, the truck is not safe to drive and now I need to have the repair done elsewhere. Nicolas charged me for only labor however I now have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive my children in and feel like Toyota has not stood by their product. My wife and I both currently drive Toyota vehicles but based on my experience, we will never purchase another Toyota vehicle again and I will not suggest anyone I know purchase a Toyota vehicle. I plan to tell my friends and family about my negative experience with Toyota of Puyallup and Toyota, in general.
