I have been going to Puyallup Toyota for awhile and this time was not the normal service. I first called to verify my time and lady on phone said I never scheduled an oil change even though I have the phone call showing I made the appointment. I was on hold for 10 minutes and she said they got a new system but can’t find anything so they couldn’t help me. I still went in at the time I was scheduled and then they said it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Oil change took me 2 hours and 15 minutes.

My car has been serviced there for many years and normally an oil change takes 1 hr. Today I was there for over 2 hours and nothing was wrong with the car. The service rep did fine, I just don't understand what took so long.

Your technician put windshield wiper fluid in my 2021 Highlander's radiator. Another one of your technicians was Vaping when he entered my vehicle. Your operation lacks professionalism. These events are in addition to a sales person not investigating a problem with my vehicle when it was new, and your scheduling team losing track of an appointment. You have serious quality control problems at every level of your organization. They notified me that my battery is getting old and should be replaced, which I agree. What I didn't like is that they said there was corsion on the positive terminal, which there was, bit why didn't they clean it off. Something so simple, but yet not taken care of.

2 hour wait for a oil change and tire rotation and when I opted not to replace the cabin filter and engine air filter they neglected to put them back in my vehicle when I learned of almost home and a 1 hour drive to get back I stopped and purchased new filters but couldn’t put the cabin filter in because the housing is still at the dealership so I still have to go back and pick up my housing very unsatisfactory

I understand that you guys changed your computer programming recently and therefore it made a delay in getting the cars done with their services.
