You need to start working to reduce the paper trail. It would speed things up if you emailed the reports instead of printing so many pages!

The work was done just fine, but I was told it would only be 1.5 hours and when I inquired about my vehicle at the 2.5 hour mark, they were still working on it but had not told me about any delays.
I understand delays, I don't understand why I wasn't told about it, instead I had to go to the counter to see if they had forgotten my vehicle.
