I was told my oil change would be about an hour to an hour and a half. I was there almost two hours and it threw off my other place for the day. I don’t mind waiting two hours, if I expect it!!

When I went to pick up my the guy didn't even know if my car was done, and he made it seem like they didn't get around to doing it. Thankfully there was a guy who helped him and did find out that my car got done hours ago. Also, I never received a phone call about my car being done. They said they were short staffed but I saw ladies at the counter just sitting there. Not sure if they were working but they could be calling customers saying they are done.

Nicolas has great customer skills. I got a call on Friday confirming my appt and I asked them about setting up a vehicle so I didn’t have to stay all day or for a few hours. They said they would have it out when I got there. Got there on the 22nd and no one set up the vehicle. Nicolas helped me get a vehicle set up so I didn’t have to wait around with my baby. He was really great help!!

Stefan was the person who was responsible for my 100% best customer service award I could ever get Stefan was attentive to my needs. Stefon made sure he heard and understood my concerns. Vehicle was towed in with a hybrid module issue. Ro had notes that main cooling fan fuse was removed as they were in high mode, pulling the battery voltage down. fuse was placed in drivers door pocket,(outlined on the Ro) after picking up my vehicle I found that fan fuse was never installed! Notes on the Ro Stating that tech couldn’t locate the missing fuse that Was removed. Sending the vehicle out with no cooling fans, which is odd since there were notes on the Ro regrading this, In the end I ended up reinstalling the fuse myself. you would expect the dealership to take a little more pride in a customers vehicle. Slow down and recheck your work or better ask questions. it’s hard to trust a dealer when this is the result.

Service provider was not focused on providing customer service. I had to wait more than 20 minutes after my car was completed and it was parked outside in the completed area. They tried to help a person behind me before me. Just a disappointment all around.
