Waiting hour and a half and needed to leave without truck washed took 15 min to find my keys . Seamed disorganised and i had to wait 30 days to get apointnent for oil change on top of all that. Im not ever one to complain but for these reasons if i did buy another truck i would not be happy with service later on unless things are corrected . Kerry has always ran a tight ship and i doubt she would be happy with this.

Very polite reception and work was completed on time. However, the offer of a car wash was one I will never take them up on again. Truck looked abused in a couple spots, and was so comically dirty and barely half-washed that I felt compelled to immediately take it to a professional car wash service. My recommendation is that this "service" be pulled and never offered to customers again.
