I had a 25.00 off coupon that I had left in my car as it was being serviced. I paid for the service and when I got back into my car the coupon was sitting on my seat. I went back in and presented it but was told they wouldn't honor it because i already paid. Not happy

Disappointed that no one came out and went over the work that was done on my car. If I remember right the mechanic or worked on my car would come out and go over everything even if just oil change plus a list showing c everything from tire tread etc. Didn't get ask if I'dike my car wash..which it wasn't washed. Disappointed in this visit with Toyota have always been happy with Toyota in Puyallup. Brought my car here since I bought it.

I received my vehicle back with the wheel lugs on the right rear installed only hand tight. Needless to say, this was a very dangerous situation plus it damaged my wheel rim by rounding out the holes. I also found tooling damage on my wheel hub where the socket used to remove the lug nuts rubbed against. Add to that, trash was found on my glove box and in the interior fan from when the cabin air filter was replaced. Very disappointing…

I am very displeased with the service provided and the cost for very little result.
I will give you the short version here.
I brought my Toyota Prius here by tow truck because of a hybrid system error. My car was stuck here for four working days to have 3 hours of diagnostics done. The shop did not keep me updated. I only received updates when I called. I could only get information from my advisor. Other advisors could not help.
After the initial ODB code reading for $175, the mechanic requested up to 3 hours labor for additional diagnostics.
The diagnosis was the car needs the fuel pump replaced and may need further diagnosis after that. I was never told what diagnostic checks were done during the 3 hours of diagnosis, so I still don't know what things are okay and what may be other problems.
I did not receive $900 of value from this service.
I won't be back. I will definitely warn my family and friends to avoid your Service Department.

First of all, we have always been very satisfied with service at Puyallup Toyota. The staff has always been top-notch and careful to explain all the findings from the services. Your lobby, refreshments, and bathroom facilities are usually excellent and are a real plus for anyone coming in for service. However, the appointment today was a disaster. When using the men's bathroom the right urinal basically exploded and I was thoroughly soaked up both legs. Now I did mention it to your facilities manager(?) but I didn't make a big deal out of it because it's a "guy thing" not to complain. Apparently he did put up a sign in the bathroom. I was more disappointed because he basically treated it as a non-event. Maybe this is his "I am ready to retire job" and "those things happen". However, if you had had a similar event in the women's bathroom, his apparent lack of concern would have prompted some very vocal negative feedback.
We still are major fans of Puyallup Toyota but maybe someone should coach this individual. Thank you.
