I am usually satisfied with my experience, but the last few times I have been there, my car would be done and sitting in the parking lot for at least 30 min before my name is called. Everytime a lot of them were just sitting around laughing and talking when they had my keys.

My appointment for service was 8:15am. I dropped my truck off at 7:45am and was told should be ready by 11am. How does an oil change and tire rotation take that long if you have an 8:15am apt? No worries…came back at noon thinking it’s gotta be done. It wasnt even looked at yet. Then was told the mechanic who was going to look at it, is at lunch, but it’s his next vehicle. It was done around 2pm. I wasted a extra 4-5hrs out of my day for a “appointment” that should’ve been less then 2hrs.

Service advisor was ready to leave in and logged out. So I asked a question whether a service had already been done previously they weren’t willing to login to look it up and said they would deal with it tomorrow. Now I have to find time in my day to answer their phone call assuming they will call about a question when they were right there in front of their computer but too lazy to restart it or login because they wanted to leave.

I was disappointed that I had previously called to make sure I could pay off my truck at the time of my appointment and I was told yes that didn't happen and also my appointment was at one fifteen and everyone was at lunch till one thirty and it also took way more time then quoted and nobody called me when it was done hours later.
