Brand new car a month old, I told them what was wrong. They had the car all day and finally worked on it at 3 and it took like 15 minutes. They left the windows down for hours and now the new car smell is gone and I called three times to ask to have the windows rolled up. I am so upset I paid for a new car and now it doesn’t even smell new and it already had parts replaced. Plus it’s a brand new car and I wasn’t even given a loaner because they were out. And by the time they called to tell me my car was done the shuttle was no longer doing rides!!
