I came in for oil change and I was the first customer on Saturday morning. Actually, I was at your shop around 7:40 AM. It did not get done u til 9:45. Upon checking service advisor recommend air filter and cabin filter change. I decided to do it at the next oil change. That was my Saturday. Today, 6-12 Monday. I decided to open my engine hood be was astonished to find that my old air filter was NOT in the air filter housing and it was open and I lock with ny old filter stashed between my headlight housing and the air filter box! This is really unacceptable for a professional licensed dealer service department. I would like to see some improvement and hope there is no engine damage. Solon K

First of all I purchased my vehicle from this dealership under different management.It has changed hands 2 or 3 times since I have been going there. I had continued to get good service and felt like I was treated fairly.So when I realized the dealership had changed hands once again I hoped I would be treated the same way.
Josh treated me with respect and explained things to me very well. Where the problem came was when I was charged 172.50 to diagnose the problem with my rear door not opening.In the past the labor charge was factored in to the repair. I had not been charged for an hour of labor to just diagnose it. I assumed if the door would not open from the inside or from the outside the mechanism would need replaced. Not much diagnosing there.So when Josh came to tell me the part would cost 484.99 and that I would be charged another 172.50 for labor I could not believe it...I decided I need to do some research on that.Im glad I did.I simply went to Amazon put in the part number and they have it for 55.00.Then I went to u-tube to see what it takes to replace it.It took about 15 minutes to replace the part. It has taken me several days to calm down after I saw this.Neadless to say I will not come back to you for the repair.
As far as I know all the tasks were completed.
I came in for a oil change and my tires rotated for my air conditioner to be checked as it was not cooling... The brakes were flushed.I spent 597.90 and I had to ask for a car wash which was always done for me in the past.I have seen your new commercials with the red carpet being rolled out for you as you come in the door and taking care of all your needs....The service agents were all very nice. The problems I have are from higher up.

Ami provided me with excellent service at Reiselman Nissan this past Friday afternoon. She was able to get our Nissan Altima right in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. She also asked the shop to replace the engine air filter, as well as the interior air filter. Ami did all of this in less than an hour! The helpful folks in the Reiselman Service Department treat every customer with the upmost respect every time they come in. Ami treated me very well. Thanks Ami!
