Joshua was great - courteous, professional and thorough. Took my car in for new tires and oil change. He showed me the tire options and they explained the difference between them. He escorted me to my car after it was done, showed me the new tires and double-checked to make sure the oil notification light was set correctly (it wasn’t done correctly the previous time). He had personally taken the time to get my car washed! I appreciated him so much!

Need to work on the online appt software. I made an online appt to get new tires and selected the ones I wanted, then called to make sure it went through and add an oil change. My appt wasn’t there and had to reschedule it all on the phone and the person didn’t ask what tires I wanted. I get there for my appt and they didn’t have the tires I had scheduled for online. Very frustrating. I’m almost ready to switch to a different dealership for my service.

Bobby is the guy are worked with. He was very good under the circumstances. I was upset when he told me the estimated cost. I have a friend that works at Wolfe Toyota. He said the also have a fee for an electronic analysis but it is cheaper than yours. The actuator was also cheaper than for Toyotas. Also, given that there was a back order on the part I assume it is because the lock actuators are not lasting very long given that my Rogue is a 2019 with average miles. I had a 1984 Toyota Celica and never had problem with a lock until 205K miles in2021. I also had a 2008 RAV4 that never had lick issue but it died at 205k miles.

I came in yesterday to have a part installed to stop a creaking and popping noise. The popping noise is gone, but the creaking noise is still there and my steering wheel would shake when turning the wheel to the left when accelerating. Felt the actual front left wheel shake. I came today to get it inspected and I guess now the lower control arm is the culprit for the creak noise as well as the shake. They said that they would take a few days to get the part, but now have to call the warranty company to see if it would be covered. So now I must drive my car for probably a week or two with a crooked steering wheel and broken part hoping nothing else gets damaged. I hate writing these comments, but it’s tiring driving 25-30 min over here to get my looked at and still leave with another problem to come fix. Hopefully the part is covered under my warranty and my car runs smooth after. If not I’ll probably just have to cancel my warranty. Sorry for sounding annoying and pestering in this comment, but it’s just tiring waiting there for the problem to keep occurring.
