This was one of my worst experiences at an auto repair shop and it's seriously nothing short of riduclous.......ridiculous........ I had my car towed there Monday afternoon...... I needed 2 tires put on, a slow leak fixed, and.an oil change..... thought I'd easily get it back Tuesday but NOOOOO! So then I expected I'd get it back Wednesday..... I called at 9:46 to check on it to find that JT was off..... I was told someone would call me back..... when no one did I called back at 1:00 and was told someone would call me back but no one did....so I couldn't get my car on Wednesday!!!!! Finally I got a call back on Thursday morning saying my car was ready. I was able to get to the dealership about 5:40 and got my car only to find that one small detail was missed. I had brought in 2 used tires. I requested that my good tires on the oassenger side of my car be put on the same axle and my used tires on the same axle. Thet didn't do that. This was a horrible experience...... there's no two ways about it!
