I dropped my car off first thing in the morning for regular maintenance - oil change, filters, tire rotation, etc. I told the clerk that my wipers were falling apart and needed to be changed. He said they would take care of that. I left the car and an hour or two later I got a text showing all the work my car needed - mainly the filters. So I called and spoke to a lady and told her I received the message and quote if what needed to be done and told her to go ahead with what was needed as well as replace the wipers. She said she would tell them to move forward with everything. I didn’t hear from anyone for several hours and so around 5:45pm I called and they said the car had been ready fire a while and that they weren’t able to get a hold of me. They also said the ship would close in 15 mins and so they would just leave the keys and paperwork in the car and park it in the lot since I needed the car the next morning to be able to go to work. When I hit the car the wiper blades were not replaced and I’m not sure if they did the filters or not. I don’t think they did because I wasn’t charged for them. I a little upset because the car was there the entire day and no one called me. They said they couldn’t get a hold of me but they were able to text me a few times during the day to propose work that needed to be done. Note I have to take more time off to have that work done. Normally everything has been great - this was just a one time thing so that’s why I was a bit surprised and upset.

Bobby was incredibly helpful with the Nissan 2017 Rogue safety recall procedure. The letter sent to me regarding the safety recall misrepresented how the keys to my Rogue would be “fixed”. The lettet never stated that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight (it said it would take an hour). Bobby cleared the air and helped me get a rental vehicle to use for the next 24 hours.
Now, i do have an issue would the key being glued into the open position as part of the recall. I will be writing a lettet to corporate about why it’s not helpful to have a key permanently in the open position. The lettet made it sound like there would be a part installed in the key to prevent it from closing while the vehicle was in motion. I really do need to have the key in the closed position so it can be safely stored in my purse and my running belt. But this is a corporate issue and has nothing to do with Bobby.

I didn't get a call when my vehicle was ready. I showed up hours later to find my car parked out front. When I asked if the plastic piece on the front undercarriage had been clipped back in, I was told "probably but I am not sure". Not the best customer service. I bought my car from this location and have had all service done there. After this experience combined with the fact that I can't make an appointment for routine service, I may look at another Nissan dealership inthe area in the future.
