I was told my service would take a couple of hours. It took three and a half. I had to check twice for updates, no one from the service department came out to update me. I wasn't even offered a bottle of water. More information for a customer is always better.

I bought my own headlight assembly, main light bulbs and, turn signal light bulbs. While I was there he said something about one of the light bulbs working, but the other not working. I don’t know anything about cars so I assumed he was going to give me back the bulbs I bought since he had to go buy different ones. No, they opened one pack, took one bulb out and used it. When I left the dealership I noticed they did not give me back my bulbs and the turn signal was not working. I called and he said the mechanic put the bulbs in his toolbox and he said he checked the turn signal before I left and it was working. It 100% was not working and he did not check. So 1. The mechanic basically tried to steal from me, and 2. The man behind the desk lied to me and now I can’t even return the lightbulbs because one is missing. Very dissatisfied.
