Amanda did great today, however there were two screws missing around the front tire that held the trim . Disappointed, to see it when I arrived home especially with my busy schedule.

The front radar obstruction warning and the disabling of functions such as cruise control is a known problem in the 2015-2019 models. The internet is full of people dealing with this to include class action lawsuits, recall petitions, NTSB bulletins, etc. I know this is not Bobby’s fault and he did his best to explain the issue. I think Nissan should be more concerned about their engineering of such an expensive sensor in the most vulnerable part of the car and be prepared to help customers instead of expecting them to pay 10% of the cost of the car for the fix with no assurance that this flaw wouldn’t happen again . It’s almost unbelievable that even basic cruise control is unavailable to the driver in the 2018 model. Bobby is always helpful, patient, and willing to explain unpleasant issues. I appreciate that! I expect more from Nissan in terms of offering some monetary assistance with this problem. Because of this I am out of love with my Murano and would not purchase a Nissan vehicle again. Again, it’s not Bobby- it’s Nissan.

$3100 to change a heater box is absolutely ridiculous. The part is $693. That means labor is $2407. I will not be back and in January when I buy a new car, it will not be from this dealership as my last 2 vehicles were.

First he told me it would be $172.50 if not covered under warranty. So my wife goes in to pick up her can and is charged $205.07. What a **** scam you are pulling on the customer. First the $172.50 is already outrageous and then to tac on another $32.50 for shop supplies and convenience fee is crazy. I will never return to this Nissan dealership again and I will tell everyone I know not to go.

The only things that I would recommend. Would be to have the service guys reset the cars alerts for the customer. I had to call to see how to get the oil and tire change alert to stop. Also there was grease from someone's hands on the hood and fender of my car. Hopefully these things are simple things that they can be aware of and fix.
