Ami was wonderful and a joy to work with! She was patient and took time to understsnd what is going on with the vehicle. It is nit acceptable for a new car to be making a rubbing noise coming from the gear shifter area between 1 and 2nd gear. The mechanic stated this is normal! And once the car is broke in more the noise will go away. They could not duplicate the other issue and Ami had me try to duplicate it with her in the car. I appreciated that. I have no issues with her. My issue is my friends laughing about my new Nissan making a squaking noise when shifting gears. And that is normal????

Took new pathfinder in after being stranded in Lincoln, NE and was able to make back to my house. Called Reiselman Nissan for an appt. They were very responsive to making an appt. After looking at the vehicle they told me it was the fuel pump on your new car and would have to order one and it would take two days. They told me they would call when pump arrived. I ask if it was ok to drive and was told yes by the service manager. I left the dealership and only got about a 1/4 mile when the vehicle stalled again. I walked to the dealership to let them know of the problem and at that time gave me a vehicle to drive and would call when my car was fixed, which they did. Luckily I was not back in the interstate when it stalled. My car was also clean when I left it and very dirty in the outside when I got it back. You would think that a new vehicle with 2600 miles that needed a new fuel pump they would have went above and beyond! I didn’t hear them say sorry for your trouble or apologize for any inconvenience. I have worked in the medical field in Customer Service all my life and would expect different Customer Service coming from Nissan.
