The first question in this survey was blank. The interaction with Jason was good but unfortunately the service experience overall was disappointing. I had a service visit in August which I was told was still included from purchasing the new car last year. I asked at that visit how many service visits I had left that were covered and the person at the desk told me I had 2 service visits remaining. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this, because I thought I had already hit my maximum mileage for free service at that point. When I made the reservation online for this visit I was under the impression that the service would be covered, so I was disappointed when I was told that it would not be once I arrived at the Woburn location. At that point I had already adjusted work schedules to have the car serviced, so I proceeded in hopes that we could clarify the issue, but I ended up paying the service charge. I would have definitely just changed the oil and rotated the tires myself if I knew it would be >$100 for the service visit.

Adam Fandel is the best service rep at Woburn Toyota. I have bought 4 Toyotas in the past 20 years at Woburn Toyota and I always get my vehicles serviced there. While most service reps at Woburn are decent, Adam truely goes above and beyond. He is always very thorough and goes the extra mile without taking up a lot of time. He answers questions very effectively and texts/calls you the moment your vehicle is ready. He goes over recommendations and makes sure you understand them. He is just overall exemplary in every aspect of his job. He’s always very professional. He always looks focused on the job, and he is never on his cell phone or chatting with other employees while people are waiting in line. He’s always helping customers. He has a very strong work ethic. As a customer of over 20 years I can strongly say that Adam would make an outstanding manager of the service department if ever the position opened up.
