The appointment times seem to be meaningless - although the car is in the bay and made to look like it’s being worked on, it’s always at least an hour before any work begins. It took over 2 hours for an oil change when they knew I was waiting for the vehicle.

I'm not satisfied with the service. I don't know what exactly my car got done, UT the fluid were not filled up, I thought it would be done, my tires weren't rotated, I thought they would, I asked for the transmission oil to be checked, idk if it was, never got an answer. I'm guessing the only thing was do e was the oil change, which I hope so.
So, no satisfied.

I’m very disappointed with service afte 3 ,5 hours I discovered that tire rotation is not done this is s third time that happened for my service I told Brynn what happened before with rotation and happened again and they charged me $ 34.99 and on my car stay on screen that required service that make me mad and think that you didn’t change oil and filter? Very disappointed I will contact with supervisor or general managers . Please send me my money back thank
