I was told and sent a text, while in the office waiting on my car, a numberof problems that needed to be fix on my car including the battery I came to buy and replace, which I did. However, when the car was return to me there were three light that were on on the dash board so I went back and ask why were these lights on, as I had never seen them before, and was told I had to pay $200.00 more so the car can be place on the diagnostic machine to find out what it is. So I refuse and asked to speak with the manager, who I asked how come they were able to diagnose all the other problem that is well over $6,000.00, but the machine didn't say anything about the lights that were on my dash board, which included my ingine light? So he claimed since the car came in towed they could'nt have seen the lights, even though I explained that it was the first time I saw the lights. Anyway he said he would waved the $200.00 fee and have them put it back on the machine after two and three quater hours I was told that they the machine indicated that in was in a certain area and when they looked in that area, still with uncertainty, they realized that it is either one of two sensors so I would have to pay over $1,200.00 to get it fix. So I left feeling very upset and disappointed in Luxus. When I finally got home, I discovered thst none of the windows, apart from the one on the driver's side could open. So I call back and the office and asked for the advisor I was dealing with, Alfred Nungaray, told him the problem I was having with the windows and he suggested I bring the car back so he could what's wrong.I am so frustrated and extremely unhappy, to the point of thinking about going on all my social media, startinh with Twitter to let people know of my bad experience at Crown Lexus in Antario, yesterday.
