I dropped off my vehicle with the impression that it would be ready on Monday 2/20/23, per service advisor Jarrod Poulsen. My vehicle was ready for pick up yesterday 2/23/23 and as of today I never received a call as to wether the problem with my vehicle was resolved or not. Poulsen did not even call me to let me know that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I feel very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I received from Lexus. I had to call the service center twice (2/22/23 and today 2/24/23) to follow up as to wether my vehicle was ready for pickup. Per the lady that answered my call on Wednesday 2/22/23, Poulsen would give me a call on Thursday as he was out that day, but yet again he never did. I will finally be picking up my vehicle tomorrow 1 week after I dropped it off. With Lexus being such a prestigious brand of vehicles, this service advisor gives the company a very bad look. Hope someone takes this survey into consideration. Thank you for your time!
