I didn’t like that I had to sit and wait an extra hour, while my car just sat there, and the paperwork was lying on the desk, and no one called for me. I had to go advocate for myself, and had another woman go search for the paperwork. Lo and behold there it was Unattended, a wasted hour of my life. My time is just as valuable as everyone else’s. This is the second time that this is happened to me at that Lexus dealership. I promise you I will never return to that one again.
