Devin really did a speedy but appropriate Consultation with me. I had my two boys with me and I think he understood the urgency of speedy but excellent service. He was a little concerned that there might not have been a car available for me to take as a loaner since I had not requested one. However, this wasn’t his issue nor fault since when I originally called to make a 40k mile service, I should have been informed by the lady making my appointment that it would be lengthy and it being a later appointment I might need a loaner. Regardless Devin made it happen and I was able to make my boys practice on time. When I returned the following day to pick up my vehicle he so kindly pulled up my car while I took my boys to the restroom before heading back on the road.
