Alfred was amazing! So helpful, professional, accommodating, warm, personable, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of me and my needs. My repairs were handled quickly. Also Jose, a part time worker, was also very helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, patient with my lack of technological ability and was so pleasant, personable and took his time to explain and set things up for me with the loaner that Alfred had acquired for me.
