When I drove up for my service appointment, there were porters there that had helped me. I had a few questions and was supposed to meet Kat for some tech questions to be answered and also I wanted to meet with Michelle in Finance. The person that spoke up was Fernando Herrera , he gave excellent customer service to me and made sure I saw everyone that I wanted to see and made sure all my questions were answered., he went above and beyond. I scheduled an appointment for Monday for my 2nd key online. I got a call that it would arrive Tuesday, so I rescheduled online to Friday. Apparently, the reschedule didn't go through even though I got a text confirming the appointment. I instead had to do a drive in and waited 2 hours just for a key reprogramming. Ridiculous
