She was the best and thorough advisor I've had since been a customer. I've had gad diagnostics before and they never gave a list before. This time I've got list of things need to do. Unlike my previous experiences for 10 years having my car serviced by Crown Lexus, this was the 1st time a representative failed to update me on the progress of the car maintenance. I had to go find him and ask how the service is going and when I asked when it will be done, he asked me what time did I come in and said that it is not done yet since it was just barely 2 hours instead of checking in with the service/maintenance crew.
