The car wash was very poor. The mirrors were not clean nor were the windows. There was bug blood still on the front hood. The tires were not shined, and the interior was not clean. I did not see a windshield wiper check indicated on the paperwork. On the positive side, Chris was very courteous and professional. I was unable to pick up the loaner car due to the fact that I did not have my new insurance card. I understand why that was an issue, however, I should have been informed prior to my arrival as to the required documents. I had no choice but the two hours and fifteen minutes. I did appreciate the coffee. I was not informed there were other snacks. I inquired about the lengthy timeframe to receive the license plates and was informed it was probably a DMV issue.

I’ll be taking my services to Lexus of Riverside as Crown Lexus is subpar compared to their service. Condescending remarks will not be tolerated by me. Talking my concerns serious and not downplaying as their owner incompetence and stating incorrect information. I’m on my third Lexus vehicle and have always had great customer service until Crown Lexus. Thankfully I have the options to never step foot there again.
