Honestly the worst car repair experience I've ever had. My car has been in "service" for about 4 months just for them to do a half hearted job. The communication between advisor and customer was terrible, i had to call and or text everyday just to get a response. They would tell me every other week that the car would be done but it wouldn't be, and in the end they couldn't fix everything i described and even damaged parts of the car without repair or reimbursement. You would expect better service from a lexus dealership but Crown Lexus Ontario clearly does otherwise.

Dennis was great! He noticed I was sitting in my car waiting and said“have you been helped?” I answered yes sir, I was asked to wait by my car for a second, and he said “I can help sir, folllow me” I got in and out in just a few moments, very informative and efficient. Time is important to me so I appreciated the speed and politeness. I was extremely happy. Usually I work with Alfred, who is absolutely great as well. Your staff is great! Especially Alfred and Dennis!!!! Also, the young lady on your drive staff was very very fast pulling up my vehicle.. great staff!!!! Thank you!

Initially I was very upset and frustrated with the my experience today. I was left waiting for 25 min. outside in my car. Some other service provider can out and said he was at lunch while I was waiting. I was not happy. I found it extremely rude to have made an appointment, arrived early and left waiting for 25 minutes. Fortunately i had my computer with me so I began to work because I was just sitting in my car. Then a corn or popsicle vendor was honking his horn in the service area! I thought this is a joke! So rude, so unprofessional. Once I walked inside and saw Jarrod and after speaking with him I was calmed and very grateful. He took control of what was a disappointing and frustrating situation. He had me in and out and had my car washed. I will always ask for Jarrod as my preferred service provider. My previous car was a Mercedes and taking the car in was an experience. Valet, massage chairs, fruit… Starbucks… You pay for it the experience. Switching from MB to Lexus was not easy. Riverside Lexus was disgusting and the sales ppl were terrible. Crown has been so much better and the show room and staff have been amazing. Today was a disappointment until Jarrod took charge and handled everything. Take note of him. He’s an asset to your team.

Mr. Chow was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions and allowed me to voice concerns. Thank you for providing such exceptional service of Customer Service, Mr. Chow.

I really like the customer service staff. The check in, the associate who walked me through the repairs and the billing/payment. Thank you for showing me how it should be done.

George helped me when Alfred was out. George was a great find. He completely took care of me. He was honest and very communicative. I’m glad you got another great service rep. George wasn’t trying to update me or offer things I didn’t need. As a school administrator, I understand how important it is to hire good people in customer service. Both George and Alfred are good people.

I am always happy when I get Alfred as an advisor. I trust him to be honest and personable. He communicates well and I am never worried when he is handling my car needs.

Mark did a phenomenal job in helping me diagnose the issue with my car. After helping find the issue, he helped further in giving multiple methods to approach the situation and helped me keep peace of mind. Would recommend.

Panels where left loose and not put back together, missing relays
