Why is it necessary to text me 15 minutes before my car was ready and completely forget about me for 1.5 hours what a complete waste of time especially when he was 10 feet from where I was sitting in the lounge area, and then when I asked him how much longer he still did not respond for another 15 or 20 minutes just a complete UTTER waste of time NOT that great of customer service experience:( I even ARRIVED 45 minutes before my appointment . . .
