It was very unethical that service writer upsold me . I end up paying 600 dollars just for an oil change. I will never go back again. Crown Lexus service department has lost a client. Unprofessional practices that the service department has.

Francis stated that he would reach out to the previous owner to see if he had an additional key, or help me to get an additional key. Since my purchase he has not contacted me once. Also, I contacted him regarding the key for the wheel locks and still haven’t heard anything. It seems that once the deal is closed there is no follow through to completion satisfaction .

Alyssa was amazing. She went above and beyond to make my experience at Lexus very productive. She kept me posted with the updates on my vehicle, was able to accommodate me for a last-minute change for a valet, pick up at the airport, it was even able to help me put apart on my hubcap after the guys at the service department had gone home. She went above and beyond!! I would definitely bring my car back to Lexus if she's the one that would oversee the service.
