I need a class I do not know , how to work the computerized system in the vehicle. The sound, the heating on the stirring wheel. The seat heating , even the air conditioner temperatures. Toooooo much, also some livers in the stirring wheel that I accidentally touch or moved when driving I do not know what are they for.? I also hate that the doors get locked and I forget people are trying to get in the car or getting out of the car ? You have to know that my last vehicle I bought 23 years ago, almost like a horse wagon… jeje. Seriously the electronics in the NX are intimidating.

The customer service is ALWAYS superb. However, whoever is actually doing the work in my car ALWAYS leaves my car dirty. I have white interior and I don’t think they take enough care when dealing with my vehicle. I ALWAYS have to clean off my arm rest and the inside handle panel.
