Helen was truly an outstanding Service Technician ??. She was professional, friendly and an expertise in her field. My service appoint was on Friday, February 28th @ 7:00 AM and she was already greeting me with a smile and a good morning. The maintenance went well except for 1 problem ( a large construction nail was located in my front tire which caused the tire indicator light to come on. Helen showed me the picture on her laptop. Then a new tire was ordered. Helen kept me informed of the maintenance progress.
