I bought a used Lexus with less than 5000 miles on it, it would be nice if Lexus honored the first three scheduled maintenance appointments. I bought it as a third owner from a dealership however, it should still be considered new since it only had less than 5k miles. The first one was complementary, but I was told the next ones would not be.

Ms.White was very professional I’m satisfied with services, I’m unsatisfied with Alfred’s assumption about my service matter, he immediately tried to shifting blame on the window tint even suggested I go back to window tinter and have him diagnose/fix my concerns about wiper noise I also demonstrated to him that the wipers position was to low to be a assumption, we had a slight back & forth about it and I felt alittle uncomfortable, then after the issues was diagnosed by a different technician and compared to a similar model Lexus es300 it happened to a normal sound
