Tech services are very good, high quality. Before start to replace two tires, I was told the cost $ $806 -$75, including everything, out of door. But the advisor try to over charge me twice. (Cashier asked $926, then $865,… ) finally I paid $800.62. If I didn’t pay attention the bill, I felt be cheated. I hope I got wrong feelings

On my prior visit, the servoce advisor checked in with me frequently, including when my vehicle was ready. I was a waiting customer both then and again today. This time, my vehicle appears to have been ready for 20-30 minutes and I was only notified via text. Also, when I came in, I was offered several unnecessary services for my vehicle amounting to nearly 800 dollars. This was offered while my vehicle had just been checked-in and clearly without first reviewing the condition of my vehicle. I don't appreciate this type of dedication to maximizing the "sale" of services at my expense. I prefer honest assessments of my vehicle and what kind of service it actually needs.

Customer service in sales needs improvement. Asked to talk with Brian, sales manager. We waited 20 minutes, never acknowledged us, approached us or sent someone to us to give us an estimated wait time to talk to him.
