8hrs for an oil change with a 930am appointment. Get a call at close to 530pm that my car was finally ready and had to wait the next day to pick it up becauseit was to late in the day to get there before they close. I wasnt offered the uber/Lyft at drop off and paid for my own Lyft ride to and from. All because I didnt want to do the other $5k worth of maintenance? Rate 1 out of 10 for this location.

Mark Gray took very good care of me and got my car done before the time promised. He explained what the problem was in a clear precise manner. He had high energy and was helpful in every way.
