Today, I visited your shop due to an odd sound from my rear differential. The staff, including the service guy, were friendly initially. However, my visit took a disappointing turn when the service guy informed me that the rear end essentially needs rebuilding. When I inquired about the timeline for the repair, they were unable to provide any clarity, mentioning the need to send it elsewhere without a definite timeframe. They suggested taking it to Elkins for the fix, but couldn't confirm if it's covered by warranty. Despite assurances of a call by the end of the day, I received none. This vehicle is crucial for my daily commute and an upcoming hunting trip, which I've planned and invested in for months. I'm frustrated that the warranty I purchased didn't disclose the age restriction for a loaner car, which I was sold at 21. The lack of assistance and the unfulfilled promise of a call have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Very thankful that Josh was able to pick up my vehicle and come back when I got off work and bring it to me. That is very helpful. I was contacted about my inspection sticker needing done and did it while my vehicle was there. This saved me a lot of time and being a widow was very nice knowing someone was taking care of me. I was treated very well

I was sold a hitch that was not compatible with my vehicle according to the service dept. after making an hour trip to the dealership a 8:00 am to have the hitch I paid the dealership in advance for they told me to come get my vehicle I’m they could not complete the work. First of all how does the dealership off me a hitch for my vehicle and not know it is incompatible. Wasted my time, hassled me about method of reimbursement and then sent me on my way with no compensation for my lost time. I give this service dept 2 thumbs down.
