Things were done without my consent. I didn’t know about the leaking shocks until after they were repaired when I picked it up. I specifically told Josh I wanted the detailing from shine and shade and this was all arranged with the insurance. But he had RT do it without telling me and they did a terrible job. I got a piece of glass stuck in my skin on the drive home. There was still glass on my dashboard. Very frustrated and disappointed. Also regarding the camera sensor Josh told me when I dropped it off he ordered one and could send it back if not needed. On a later visit Alicia told me they couldn’t order one until insurance approved it. At least one of them was lying. If you’re going to lie to people at least get your stories straight.

Alicia came and told me they were running behind because a couple of the vehicles that come in had problems that were found and had to get fixed. She didn’t have to do that. She chose to do it so I wouldn’t be sitting there wondering what was going on. That shows me she looks out for the customers by going the extra mile to keep them informed.
