Went for our 5,000 mile service. I was told it would be a tire rotation and all fluids topped off. When the vehicle was complete I questioned the level of washer fluid. I asked if that was on the list or if it was my responsibility and was told it was on the list. It clearly had not been topped off at that point. Ms. Rosas kindly had me wait while she had one of the service men to top off the fluid. I don’t mind the inconvenience as much as the fact I was told the work had been finished. Now I feel that I need to check everything instead of being able to trust it’s completed.
