I was there for an oil change and routine checks. I was there from 9:00 to 11:30. This situation was beyond Zach’s control. He was excellent in his help. The dealership is short staffed and have tried to hire people. Seems many in GenZ don’t want to work. Again, I have nothing but praise for Zach. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

My license plate lights are still not working. The only thing you got working was my taillights. I need the lights at my license plate to work. That’s was one of the reasons we got pulled over. I told them this when I made the appointment and again at check in. Paid $181.00 I want it fixed.
