Dylan was good I think he did everything he could so I’m blaming him. However, we brought the vehicle in for the first time since purchasing the car and you guys wanted to charge me over 400 dollars for two studs and lug nuts which is hard to believe we’re not bad when we purchased the vehicle which of course is not covered by the warranty. Then I was told that you guys never took the tires off the car since it was traded in which makes me wonder how it would pass a supposed inspection if you never took the tire off because how could you even check the brakes? I expect that from a cheap used car dealer but not from a legitimate car dealership. I will never be back. I want to know how to drop the extended warranty and all the other crap I’m paying for so I don’t have to deal with you guys again.

Did not like the text messaging way of telling us what could be wrong with our vehicle. No personal touch which made us think you were just wanting more business. We feel if something is wrong with our vehicle we want to be able to personally talk with someone to get the feel of how serious the problem is etc.
