We just came to check on the radiator leak. We were charged $100 just for someone to say it needs to be replaced. That’s a $900 job, why was it necessary to charge $100 for looking at it?

I'm normally well pleased with my service, but didn't like 2 things. I do not like being pressured to pay for services by phone while standing at a checkout counter. I was also unimpressed with receiving quotes for tires that aren't even the correct size. To my knowledge, my truck has 16" tires, but they gave me 3 suggestions of 17". I thought for sure the service department should know that.
