We had several choices of Toyota dealerships around us. We called awhile back to a few, and Coad was one we called. We weren't transferred around, but had our questions answered right away. After getting our service done today, we won't look anywhere else to have our Toyota needs met.

We asked for a 200,000 mile check up and I think you overlooked replacing the engine inverter coolant. For us that means another hours drive to Paducah and back. In addition, I have to drive back again for a tire sensor problem because that couldn’t be done on the day I was there. However, everyone is always very friendly and kind. They were very helpful when I had a major issue and had to rent a car in order to get home.

Everyone at Coad Toyota Paducah was very nice and helpful. Starting with the person who opened the door when I arrived to the person who backed my car out when I left, it was a very pleasant experience. I am so glad I checked with the service department at Coad and found they are willing to work on my car before I drove all the way to the Lexus dealership in Evansville to keep my appointment which was scheduled for today. I have owned Toyotas since 1988 and have always said they are the most reliable vehicles.
