We usually have the same service rep each time, but this time we had Ashley. I guess she was assigned because we scheduled the oil change online, but I would rather have the service rep that we normally have.
I had questions but I quickly got the sense that she was bothered or annoyed, as if I shouldn’t have questions or that she didn’t have time. I did not feel as though she was listening to me as much as she was trying to get the conversation over.
From now on, I will call or show up in person so that we can have our usual service rep. He is always very friendly and helpful, and he has never made me feel like my questions were unwelcome.

You guys get highest honors. The staff was very polite and seemed happy to be there. The crew that worked on my vehicle was super fast. The shuttle transport was awesome and I wanted to say thanks for providing that service. The drive was very friendly and professional.
