I found the piston that needs to be removed when checking the cabin filter inside the glove box. It wasn’t reconnected back. Was promised that the vehicle would be washed being they kept the vehicle so long, and it wasn’t. I think it does not look good to promise anything without doing it.

I was disappointed to make an appointment for 930 and have my car sit third in a row to be serviced and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get the vehicle serviced and out. I believe that an appointment is to expedite the process rather than just get in line to be taken care of whenever you guys get around to it. I will not be back for service anytime in the future.
