Same issue as I had with the last time, I had my car serviced:
No tire rotation was done, even though it says on the report, and fluids where not filled up either. The last time I brought the missing tire rotation to the service departments attention, I was given the answer, that “ we are only rotating tires when we see a wear in the thread” ??
This was an issue on both of the cars, I brought in for the service.
At that point the service fell under the 2 year free maintenance, but I will consider changing my services needed to a different dealership, especially if I have to cover all the costs myself.

This visit was so different. I signed up to extend my warranty. I paid for it and then when I got home I got an email telling me I need a few things done! In the past 3 years folks came to me and told me while I was there and I either had it done or waited. And conversation and pic happened.
