I was directed to the waiting room when I came for my appointment. Three hours later, having received zero communication, I inquired and found that y’all hadn’t even looked at my vehicle. The rep claimed he was told I dropped the vehicle off and left. Without even having a diagnostic, I certainly couldn’t afford to wait long enough for service.
I spent three hours at your shop and received absolutely no service.

I am extremely unhappy being charged for a replacement tire on my newly purchased 2024 Sienna. The tire began losing air from the day I purchased it. I took it within the first two weeks of ownership and less than 200 miles on the vehicle. To say I am responsible is insulting. I have already shared my story with friends in McMinnville who will certainly get the word out in the community. Having spent over $44,000 for the vehicle and receive such poor service is very disappointing. To ruin your reputation over a minor problem is truly amazing to me.

I went in for replacement tires and wheels. I was told I needed to have the service done there because the tire pressure sensors needed to be installed in the new set. I paid extra for the sensors and installation, and they do not work.

Excellent experience! After purchasing my Tacoma from the folks at Damien Lillard Toyota I have been in to the dealership several times, had a lift put on my new truck, brought my wife in and bought a new 4Runner for her and had a service done on my truck. I have YET to interact with ANY employees there that weren’t absolutely the sweetest most polite people!! From the salesmen to the service department…………very impressed!!
