I paid $2,000 for the two year gold warranty on my 2017 used vehicle. I have only had it for 5 months and came in to get a routine check up. Nothing was covered by the warranty. Apparently by back brakes and rotors already need to be replaced. I was under the impression brakes were covered under my warranty and since they have normal wear and tear, they are not covered. I think it’s misleading to say brakes and certain things are covered when they are not covered for a reason like wear and tear. I am very disappointed and I feel cheated out of $2,000.

I Leo call this evening and was told that the service dept was already closed. Very disappointed that no one called me to give me any information on my husbands car and that you’ve had it since Saturday.

So far so good. Hopefully there is a reasonable solution. I’m anxious that I’m having to pay for multiple parts being thrown at a problem hoping one will fix the unknown issue and it’s getting very expensive for me on a fixed income. I’m sure the technician is frustrated as well.
