Receiving the inspection video along with recommended services was very helpful and useful, especially since you’re able to see what is being recommended. Repairs were completed on time and my car was given back to me ahead of schedule. Overall, very satisfied with the service that I received.

Leland is one of the best guys I’ve worked with to date. Him and Noah but when I take our car in for the battery issue, both were supposed to be fixed and only one works, yet again. I am tired of these dealerships and their integrity. It seems as though nobody has any. I wish I never bought this car.

Hello, all went great good service good work etc. however, I was provided an estimate for an amount to be paid through an insurance claim. It was not at fault so the insurance company was covering it all. They wrote a check for the estimate and the total today was about $98 more I had to pay out of pocket. I don’t know if insurance covers this, if taxes and shop fees are not on estimates typically, if I will be reimbursed by claims. If it is all standard practice certain fees are left off, it would’ve been nice to be told about it ahead of time at least. If it isn’t standard practice then it should be included on the estimate for insurance to cover so customers don’t have to continue dealing with claims
